I can't believe that Dr. Arnette doesn't have tons of reviews. I first went there when I had rented a beach house for the summer.. I was at dinner and a front tooth crown came completely off... It really only needed to be cemented back on it wasn't broken... so next day I called around and the dentists offices we very rude and wouldn't help because I was not a patient, they wanted me to make an appt for a month away, etc. I was beside myself, no one would help me just cement it back in!! Then I called Dr. Arnette's office.. the receptionist was amazing.. sooo nice..said come on down we will take care of you.. everyone there was just super nice.. you can feel the warmth and tell they and just good sincere people. Needless to say that was about 9 years ago. I live in North Carolina now, but I drive all the way to South Carolina just because I will only see Dr. Arnette
